Who we are

Information we use
- Email enquiries: your name, email address and anything you include in your message, so we can answer you and manage your enquiry.
- Website use: limited technical information such as IP address, browser details and security logs, used to keep the website secure and working properly.
- Ticket bookings: TicketSource collects booking, contact and payment information through its service. We can access the booking information needed to run the event, provide customer support and meet our legal and accounting obligations. TicketSource handles payment card details.
- On-site safety: CCTV is normally retained for 31 days. Footage connected to an incident may be kept for up to six years where needed for safety, insurance or legal claims. Incident-activated audio may be used to help protect staff from abuse or aggression and is normally retained for 30 days unless required for an incident.
Why we use it
We use personal information where it is necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, respond to enquiries, and pursue legitimate interests such as operating a safe, secure and effective event. We do not send marketing messages without the permission required by law.
Who we share it with
We share information only where necessary with service providers such as TicketSource and IONOS, and with professional advisers, insurers, emergency services or public authorities where required. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Email enquiries are normally kept for no longer than 12 months unless they need to be retained for longer. Necessary transaction and legal records may be kept for six years. Other information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected or to meet a legal obligation.
Cookies and external services
This website may use essential cookies and similar technology for security and basic operation. Embedded or linked services, including TicketSource, may use their own cookies when you interact with them. If non-essential analytics or advertising technology is added, visitors will be offered an appropriate choice before it is used.
