Booking your tickets

• Online booking and payment are provided by TicketSource.
• Online tickets cost £1 less per ticket than tickets bought on site.
• A £2.50 booking fee applies per booking.
• On-site tickets are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please check the date, time, ticket type and location before paying. This event is at Jubilee Square, Leicester, not Jubilee Square in London.
• Tickets may not be resold or traded.

Refunds and rescheduling

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Where the applicable reschedule option has been purchased, a booking may be moved once, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the booked session. A £2.50 rescheduling fee applies per booking.

Session times, opening arrangements and rink operation may change for safety, operational or weather-related reasons, including conditions affecting the marquee structure. Where an event is cancelled or rescheduled, any entitlement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the TicketSource booking terms.

Prices, discounts and admission

• Peak, Off-Peak and Super Saver prices apply to different sessions.
• Group bookings of 12 or more skaters receive 5% off ticket prices. The discount does not apply to booking or rescheduling fees.
• Adult tickets apply from age 16.
• Student ticket holders must present valid student photo ID when requested.
• Skate hire is included in every skating ticket. The included skate rental element is £4.00.
• Admission is for the date, time and activity shown on the ticket. Please keep your ticket available for inspection.
• Late admission cannot be guaranteed and may be refused where it would disrupt a session.
• Re-entry is not permitted.

Skates, aids and personal belongings

• Hire skates range from junior J8 to adult size 14, subject to availability. Specific sizes cannot be guaranteed.
• You may bring your own standard skates. Speed skates are not permitted.
• Skate aids cost £5 each per session and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The cloakroom costs £2 per stored item for the duration of the session.
• Ice Skate Leicester is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Conduct and safety

Visitors must follow staff instructions and the Skater Code of Conduct. We may refuse admission or remove anyone whose behaviour is dangerous, abusive, aggressive, antisocial or disruptive. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
